If my monthly gross pay is made up of basic pay + daily regular OT, and I resign without serving the full notice period of 12 weeks, is my ex-employer entitled to claim against me for the 12 weeks of gross pay or only 12 weeks of basic pay?

I sign 2 year contract with ab (S) Limited. During this 2 year, my division register as new company,ab eng pte ltd and become wholly own subsidiary of ab (s) limited.My employment pass also change to ab eng pte.ltd. May I know the contract still valid?
