The sentence imposed will depend on the facts of the case as well as your mitigation and antecedents, if any. Theft in dwelling carries a mandatory jail sentence, the length of which depends on various factors, such as the value and number of the item(s) taken, whether restitution has been made, the circumstances of the offence etc. See Penal Code, s 380.

  • if one as administrator of estate attend unlisted company EGM where 1 shareholder propose ordinary resolution to sell company assets at 50% market price , amd the adiministrator never vote as there are no other shareholders attend this EGM , can the only shareholder still pass the ordinary resolution stating slient equal to consent for other shareholders amd attending adminstrator ? Are company auditor right to refuse disclose the buyer and said other shareholders who never attend AGM silent mean consent to whatever decisions this managing shareholder made ? lynnslho 14/05/2018
