If I stick a notice on the door of the person who owed me money, is it consider harassment? What if I go to his house regularly to ask for my money back? Can he call the police on me?

The Protection from Harassment Act sets out the types of behavior that will constitute harassment. It may be considered harassment if you: intentionally cause harassment, alarm or distress to the other party; behave in the manner described under section 4 of the Protection from Harassment Act, which is heard, seen or otherwise perceived by the other party as likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress; or cause fear or provocation of violence.
