I am in the process of changing from a Joint-Tenancy to Tenancy-In-Common. Can I proceed to do my will as part my assets prior to finalising? Will the will be valid?

You may proceed to do the will but it would be better to do the will after completing the process of changing from Joint-Tenancy to Tenancy-In-Common.
