My company forces employees to work more than 44 hours a week and no OT for the excess of 44 hours. Is the comoany act illegal ? If yed can i use it as breaching of contract and terminate the contract?

    It depends on whether the employees are covered by the Employment Act. If it is covered, then it would be a breach of the Employment Act, and a breach of contract. As to whether you can rely on this, it depends on the nature and extent of the breach, and the terms of the employment contract.
