Client agreed all bugs send by 10sep will be under free support, they sent on 6am 11sep instead. Can I refuse to fix it for free? Can conversation over email and whatsapp (screenshot) use as proof in court if they tried to sue me?

    It is not clear what your contractual rights are. If they sent the request after the deadline, then it appears that you are not obliged. Emails and whatsapp records can be used as evidence.
