I am an unmarried woman who had an affair with another woman who was my subordinate married with kids. Her husband found and complained. I was terminated for misconduct though it was mutual. Is that justified? Also no action was taken against her.

    This depends on the terms of your contract and your company's policies. It is common for many companies to terminate their employees if they have an affair with their subordinates and this is viewed as an abuse of power. It is also common for no action to be taken against the subordinate as they are not abusing their power.
