If convicted, you may face imprisonment for up to 7 years, or with fine, or with both. Your sentence will depend on the facts of your case. The Court will take into account mitigating factors (e.g. your child needs to be breastfed; you are the sole carer of the children), but it is not uncommon for a custodial sentence to imposed, even in such cases.
