If all the contact details of the Seller in a Purchase Contract are not valid, would the Seller be considered cheating?

    A contractual dispute is likely to be a civil claim. In the event that the details of the seller are considered material/fundamental terms of the contract, the contract would be considered as void an unenforceable.
