    Your agreement with the recruitment agency will be governed by the contract that you have with them when they offer you the job. To understand your rights (and recourse), you will need to review the contract and demonstrate that the contract was breached. If so, you can then claim the damages 9e.g. cost of relocation) from the recruitment agency.
