I bought an iphone from Lazada. Item did not reach me in time and they told me there is a mistake in their system. so i cancled. but i still did not get refund for the item yet after almost two month. Can I sue them?

    You should first look at the refund policy on the website. If the website has stated its refund policy, those terms are binding between you and the website.
