Hello, my landlord sent us a priority letter to change a tenancy agreement clause in his favor. We're within the warranty period. Is this legal?

Once the contract has been entered into, it cannot be varied without the consent of both parties. You should make it clear to your landlord that you do not consent to the amendments that he is proposing. Consider doing so in writing and keping a record of your correspondences.
