    In your situation, you would only be able to sue under the Protection from Harassment Act if your colleague had published threatening, abusive or insulting words together with the photo of you. Additionally, your colleague's actions are not in contravention of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, since the photo was taken in a personal or domestic capacity.
