    Your neighbour would have to prove that the leaves and flowers that caused the stains are from your plants. He would be able to claim for damages to revert his balcony floor and clothes to the condition that they would be in if not for the stains caused by your leaves and flowers. This would likely take the form of a cleaning fee.
